Tulips at Frelinghuysen Arboretum

Being retired and living five minutes from an arboretum is pretty much my idea of heaven. I don’t know why I am so blessed, but I am extremely grateful every day of my life for the miracle of nature. Here are a few pictures I took this morning.

WILDFLOWERS AT JOCKEY HOLLOW

This morning, during my walk in Jockey Hollow with Dezi , not only were all the Skunk cabbages growing, the trout lilies had just popped up. There were also white anemones and yellow buttercups.

Here at home the hyacinths, Daffodils, tulips, grape hyacinths, white forget me not, blue forget me not, And bluebells are all blooming.

Spring is springing!!

Went out this morning, just to take a few shots. The following are hyacinth, corydalis, Forget me, not, white forget me not, Also known as Alba. Hosta, And one little daffodil.

The CORYDALIS Is a new plant for me. I love it. I think it’s absolutely adorable. It’s something I don’t think I’ve ever seen before. I took a chance and ordered it online.
